I haven't ever heard of a parakeets personality changing due to it's name; It may possibly be a rumor.
Reply:Not true. The only thing an animal's name has to do with its personality is when people give it a certain name based on its personality. If you like Final Fantasy, then Chocobo's a fine name for a bird.
